If you have a VGA camera on your phone and always complained about the bad quality videos it produces, then MotionDSP could be of some use. MotionDSP uses some special algorithms to make the grainy videos to look a high res one. They have put some test videos on their website which can be seen here. Unfortunately it will be only available for licensing.
